Mini-Bulk Chemical Delivery

Your product. Your customer's tank. Our driver, our truck, our pump. Mini-Bulk 3PL delivery for chemical distributors and manufacturers who need a Florida last-mile partner.

Your Florida Last-Mile Partner

Not every end-user needs a full tanker load — but they still need reliable, compliant chemical delivery pumped directly into their storage tanks. That's where Meka comes in. We provide mini-bulk delivery as a 3PL service for chemical distributors and manufacturers who need a trusted last-mile partner in Florida.

You supply the product. We handle everything downstream — tank placement, telemetry monitoring, scheduled or telemetry-triggered delivery, and pump-off into your customer's tanks using air-operated double diaphragm pumps on straight trucks or air pressurization on tankers. Your brand, your customer relationship — our equipment, our drivers, our compliance.

Whether your customers are in water treatment, manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, or any other industry consuming liquid chemicals at sub-tanker volumes, Meka extends your delivery network into Florida without the capital investment of fleet, equipment, or local staffing.

The Process

How Mini-Bulk Works

1

Tank Placement

We assess your customer's site and place a properly sized storage tank. Where containment is required, we use Safe-Tank double-wall systems from Poly Processing — integrated secondary containment built in.

2

Telemetry Setup

We install remote tank monitoring via Anova or SMARTank — IoT sensors that track levels 24/7. Data is accessible to you and your customer. When inventory hits a reorder point, delivery is automatically triggered.

3

Last-Mile Delivery

Our HazMat-certified driver delivers your product on a Meka straight truck, connects to the customer's tank, and pumps off. Metered, documented, and reported back to you.

4

Ongoing Management

Telemetry data feeds continuous optimization — adjusting routes, flagging consumption changes, and ensuring your customers always have product without overstocking or emergency orders.

Common Questions

Mini-Bulk FAQ

What is mini-bulk chemical delivery?

Mini-Bulk is the delivery of liquid chemicals in sub-tanker quantities — typically 60 to 2,000 gallons — pumped directly into end-user storage tanks on-site. Deliveries under approximately 1,200 gallons are typically made via straight truck using IBC totes or saddle tanks; larger mini-bulk volumes may be delivered by tanker. Meka provides this as a 3PL service for chemical distributors and manufacturers.

What chemicals can Meka handle in mini-bulk delivery?

We handle a wide range of liquid chemicals including pH control chemicals (sulfuric acid, caustic soda, caustic potash), coagulants (ACH, alum, PAC, ferric sulfate, ferric chloride), oxidizers (sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide), anti-scalants, corrosion inhibitors, CIP cleaners, automotive cleaners, laundry and warewash chemicals, and customer-specific formulations. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your specific commodity.

Do you provide storage tanks at customer sites?

Yes. Meka can supply and install tanks at your customer's site — typically 60 to 2,000 gallons. Where containment is required, we use Safe-Tank double-wall systems from Poly Processing. Tank placement is available as part of an ongoing delivery agreement.

How does telemetry work for our accounts?

We install Anova or SMARTank IoT sensors on your customer's tanks. Data flows to a cloud dashboard accessible to you and our dispatch team — showing real-time levels, consumption history, and analytics. When a tank hits its reorder point, a delivery is automatically triggered on our end. You get visibility without managing the logistics.

What delivery volume range does mini-bulk cover?

Mini-Bulk deliveries typically range from 60 to approximately 2,000 gallons per delivery. The ideal volume depends on your customer's tank size, consumption rate, and delivery frequency. We work with you to optimize the schedule.

How does Meka handle compliance and insurance?

Meka holds FMCSA Motor Carrier Authority, DOT Mini-Bulk Permit (41212), and DOT HazMat Carrier Registration. All drivers hold HazMat and Tanker CDL endorsements. We operate in alignment with ACD Responsible Distribution standards. Full carrier qualification documentation is available for your shipper files.
